We had a great trip/cruise to the Eastern Caribbean, lots of fun memories and experiences. Luci worked with us to make it all possible. Luci helped to book a cruise for 23 people, which is a big task given different opinions. She was excellent to work with giving us different options and prices. Helping to arrange rooms close to each other to ensure a great experience. She was on top of letting us know about different deadlines and information for pre-trip discounts, check-in, needed documentation, etc. She made the experience a lot more enjoyable by seeing to the details of a cruise that we were unaware of.
